A group of enthusiastic first-year bachelor's students majoring in Historical and Cultural Tourism at Petrozavodsk State University explore why tourism and travel can be so effective in combatting stress and suggest some of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Karelia for excitement and relaxation.

Sofia Filatova will tell you about about various ways in which tourism helps individuals combat stress.

Alyona Fomenko will focus on tourism as a way of relaxation.

Anna Safonova, Vladimir Arkhiptsev, Ilya Poletaev and Daria Ivanova will offer you a brief overview of such great places in Karelia as the town of Kondopoga, the Kormilo farm, the Ladoga Skerries and the Vepsian Forest National Park for a nice break and a change of scenery.
